Real HVAC Services is equipped to not only build HVAC systems, but also design them. Forgotten 50 Distilling was an opportunity where Real HVAC could utilize and showcase the company's design skills and experience. At first sight on this project, it was nothing more than a 4,900 sq. ft building with a dirt floor, and a local business owner’s vision. Through the work of collaboration, intuition, and trade knowledge, Real HVAC designed and installed the HVAC system to keep customers cool, even with the heat from the large distilling equipment in the building.
Easton, Maryland
The Talbot Country Club is the oldest golf and social club on the Delmarva peninsula. Founded in 1910, the Talbot Country club is rich in history and tradition. Real HVAC Services was allowed to take part in their recent renovations including new VRF systems to condition the new maintenance building without the need for all the bulky ductwork. Located in Easton, MD, the Talbot Country Club is on a 194-acre estate featuring amenities such as golf, pool, tennis, fine dining, boat dock and youth events.
Denton, Maryland
The Caroline County Courthouse recently remodeled their administrative offices and Real HVAC Services got to play an integral role in these renovations. Along with changes to the floor plan, the renovations consisted of installing a 10-ton VRF system with 15 ductless units. Renovations of this degree require complex problem-solving skills combined with open communication with the general contractor and other subcontractors. This project was a huge success in both aspects as everyone involved in this project worked cohesively in delivering the final product.
